La Terrasse

The Restaurant La Terrasse (16 Gault Millau points) at the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa is reminiscent of an orangery in the south of France. The menu, which changes with the seasons, was created by our Executive Chef Stefan Beer. His cuisine is creative and playful yet unpretentious, and the focus is on the product, which, where possible, is sourced locally. This is clearly reflected in our local menu – Stefan Beer uses only the best ingredients from within 40 kilometers of the restaurant. Local hunters, fishers, farmers and food producers are the fascinating people behind these local products. Their attention to detail means that they produce only the highest quality products. The culinary experience is complemented by a fine selection of signature dishes from all over the world.

To accompany these culinary delights, we offer an extensive wine list with a wide selection of leading champagnes, a varied choice of Swiss wines, carefully selected vintages from France and Europe, and other gems from around the world. A local menu also requires local wines, so our sommelier team have created a unique selection of wines from the Canton of Bern.
